Bay Laurel Wedding Packages

Package 1: The Bay

The Bay package is perfect for the bride who has a vision for her wedding day and the desire to take on the challenges of design and planning, but just needs a little extra help making the day come to life.

Some of the things the “Day-Of” package includes:

  • Day-Of Coordination.

  • Vendor Liaison- Beginning one month prior to your wedding and up until your wedding is over, we will be your point person for all communication with your vendors.

  • 30 Day final meeting to discuss time-line, layout, and decor details.

  • “Wedding Day” itinerary managed by Bay Laurel (e.g. makeup schedule, photography schedule, ceremony & reception schedule).

  • Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for.

  • Oversight of decor, floral and lighting install, etc.

  • Rehearsal, Wedding & Reception Coordination.

  • Full set up day of wedding.

  • Wedding Day Buffer-We will direct ALL calls from anyone involved in the wedding to Bay Laurel Coordinator so that you are able to enjoy your day free from “issues”.

Package 2: Laurel Oaks

The Laurel Oak package is perfect for the bride who knows what she wants, but needs a little extra help with some of the design execution, smaller details and vendor recommendations.

Some of the things the Partial Planning Package includes:

  • Partial Planning.

  • Vendor management.

  • Customized spreadsheet for planning, tracking, and organization.

  • Planning checklist “to do’s” outlined.

  • Coordination with venue staff.

  • 2 Design planning meetings with creation of mood boards to confirm design and plan.

  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors.

  • Venue walk through (if required)

  • Assist bride in executing her plans for the ceremony and reception.

  • Assistance with designing/contributing to the plans you have already made. (ceremony decor, reception decor, table/seating arrangements, vendor recommendations).

  • Full set up day of.

  • Email correspondence.

  • Rehearsal, Wedding & Reception Coordination.

  • Wedding Day Buffer-We will direct ALL calls from anyone involved in the wedding to Bay Laurel Coordinator so that you are able to enjoy your day free from “issues”.

Package 3: The Evergreen

Quotes available upon request.

The Evergreen is for the bride who wants to fully enjoy her engagement season without having a bit of worry about wedding plans! We want to know all about you and your “soon-to-be hubby”. We will present you with a “proof” of the design for your wedding. Once you approve of the design, you won’t have to do anything other than finding a dress and tasting cake!

Some of the things the Full Planning Package includes:

  • Venue selection and walk through.

  • Customized spreadsheet for planning, tracking, and organization.

  • Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plan.

  • Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tabletop decor.

  • Sourcing of custom design pieces, including event furnishings and other decor.

  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors.

  • 1 hour rehearsal the night prior to the wedding. (Some exceptions are made when rehearsal is the day of wedding.)

  • (2) Bay Laurel coordinators on-site day of + team to execute set up.

Bride and Groom Slideshow

Prices starting at

The Bay Laurel team will create a special slide show of you and your groom and all those special in your life! The slide show will accommodate up to 3 songs, and approximately 30 pictures for each song.

 

Officiant

Prices starting at
$250

Bay Laurel team offers an officiant to perform your ceremony. (This does not include the cost of travel if wedding/event location is outside of San Angelo, TX.)

 

Simple Program Design

Prices starting at
$50

This simple program design will incorporate your wedding order of ceremony and bridal party.

 

Floral Design

TBD (to be determined) based on design and market value of florals.

This floral design will be created to compliment the colors and textures unique to your wedding.
